This website
This website does not use advertising cookies or sell your information. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying you personally. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
Bookings, purchases and email
When you book a session, buy a product, take the Friction Check or join the Early Reader list, you do so through our store, which is hosted by Eden (eden.so). Eden collects the details you provide, such as your name, email address and answers to booking or quiz questions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Video sessions take place on Google Meet, and bookings are added to our Google Calendar.
How we use your information
We use it to schedule and deliver sessions, provide products you buy, answer your questions, and, if you joined a list, send you emails you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Coaching conversations
What you share in coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent serious harm. If a company sponsors your coaching, we agree in advance on what, if anything, is shared with them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing billg@thesabiomethod.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
