Coaching is not therapy or medical care
Sabio provides coaching and education. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care or any other licensed health service, and it is not a substitute for them. Bill Gauthier is not a licensed clinician. If you have a mental or physical health concern, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services right away.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and results. We don't guarantee any particular outcome from coaching, products or golf instruction, including scores, performance or business results.
Sessions, payment and rescheduling
Paid sessions, including the Alignment Assessment, are booked and paid for in advance through our store. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours of the session, fees are generally non-refundable, though we'll always try to be fair. Coaching programs may have their own written agreement, which governs if it differs from these terms.
Digital products
Digital products, such as The Hidden Handicap and The Looper's Handbook, are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold. Each product's own page states its refund policy.
AI guides
Some products include an AI guide. Its responses are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional, medical or psychological advice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site and our products, including The Sabio Method, The Expression Gap™, Alignment Intelligence™ and Hidden Handicap™, belongs to Sabio. Please don't copy or republish it without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabio's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
